2:00 PM, sunny and cloudy, located outside of my home. 
the sun embraces me with its warmth, bringing tranquility.
the vibrant green leaves that overhang above me, passing the coolness of the breeze.
i hear the birds chirping, rustling through the leaves, 
a calm ambience clashed by the sounds of cars zooming by.
a purity of oxygen produced by the trees, and the smell 
of freshly cut grass permeates through the air, a distinct yet aromatic fragrance.
the seemingly prickly appearance of the grass, actually had a smooth touch
in comparison to the rough bark wrapped around the spongy moss.
as i walked around, the atmosphere was filled with an emptiness
but there was an occasional greeting by the neighbours.
                 i contently responded with a “hello,” and jogged back home.
